A blower door test is part of every audit, so we can measure how leaky the house is and find where heated and cooled air is escaping, instead of guessing.
From there, our in-house crew handles insulation and air sealing, the upgrades that usually make the biggest difference in comfort and heating bills. We also take on crawlspace repair, heating and hot water, windows and siding, and connected or automated home controls. Duct leakage testing is available where needed for homes with forced-air ductwork.
